Planning and preparing realistic project time line and deliver projects on time making sure all the aspects re complete and perfectly done.

The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the design professionals, consultants and client while successfully directing the contractor, Estimator, and other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the construction documents, schedule and budget. This individual will work closely with the prime designer and consultant for a project and fulfill an integral role on the project. Candidate must be professional and a personable leader committed to the overall objective and self-development within the company.

The main responsibility of the project will be realizing the projects but it is not limited to that the project manager may be involved in design presentation, client meeting, budget estimation and FF& preparation and schedules as required.

AEA Designs needs a highly motivated, detailed site supervisor with extensive experience in Interior fit out preferably with some experience in the gulf.

The site supervisor is responsible for the sites works in progress works and the daily duties and responsibilities of the sub contractors. The site supervisors is responsible to make sure the work goes on as scheduled and should be able to deal with daily issues that comes up on site and find solution for the problems. The site supervisor must have authority and presence to be able to control the works on site and manage the labors working on site.

Site supervisor must have a good knowledge of AutoCAD with the ability to make modifications to the plans if needed. Also follow the drawing and make sure the realty works match the detailed plans as well.

It is also important to have the ability to measure and prepare a site survey when needed.

The site supervisor should keep tabs of all the workers entered the site and left the site on a daily bases along with all the materials that entered the site.

It is important to be able to communicate with the designers and consultant on site. It is equally important to be able to communicate and give clear instructions to the subcontractor and the labors on site. An excellent communication skill is a must. Daily reports are required as well.

Basic Knowles of MEP, wood working, finishes installation is required. Good knowledge of interior design is required. The site supervisor is also responsible to do the snag works required and submit a report of the rectifications required by subcontractors.
