AEA Designs participated in d3’s design competition seeking to implement innovative concepts for its office spaces and meeting rooms. Out of hundreds of submissions, AEA’s Bubble Room concept receives the win for a meeting room within the d3 premises.
Set to be a more informal set-up, the Bubble Room meeting room was conceptualized as a brainstorming centre, combining a variety of casual seating, artwork, and several acoustic elements to make a lively and creativity-inducing space.

Dubai Design District (d3) is a neighborhood development that aims to nurture and provide a welcoming environment for creative thinkers in the GCC. Designed in the Smart City principles for the artistic community, d3 is continuously being built as part of the 2021 Dubai Masterplan to encourage innovation and advancement of invention within the region. ■
